Finally, I got an email notification and my 485 was approved today.

140/485 file 10/2003
NC initialied 10/2003
1st finger print 03/2005
Letter to FBI, Congressman,Senator 10/2005 and 06/2006
Filed lawsuit 7/2006
NC cleared end of last month
2nd finger print last week
485 approval notice today

It seems lawsuit is the only way to expedite your NC and 485 process.

Don't be afraid to sue them and let them do thier job.
