My congressman’s office asked CSC for me about my case status. Then CSC told the office staff that in the database, they don’t have my ten digit’s fingerprints which I told the staff I had done last year ( 1st: code 1 in Jan 2005; 2nd : code 2 in Oct 2005). So the staff just gave me the suggestion that according to what the CSC officer said, I can directly go to the local Support Center to get the fingerprints done with the 2nd notice of action last year without appointment because it was supposed to be done with 2nd fingerprint. But in the support Center, I have been told that I have to get a new appointment for the code 3 since my 2nd fingerprint was code 2 which just contents picture and signature. I remembered I got all ten digits fingerprint in the 2nd times last year. Anyway, what I can do now? Any suggestions to me? By the way, in the Info Pass, there is no any webpage for the appointment of fingerprint? Please help! Thanks a lot in advance!
