I am filing NIW for myself. Master in Biology, one first author, 2 other coauthor paper in US, and a couple of papers in preparation, another two papers in China. I do not know the chance of getting approval. I am forced to file it cause it is too stressful working in my current job and have some problems with my current boss. I filed my RIR in ny state back to July, 2001, but the case is still backlog in ny state labor. I am filing my NIW pepition for myself and have some questions on how to fill in those forms:
First, my I140 petition letter should use "I" or Mr. XXX. I am thinking to use "I". How many pages is this petition latter is reasonable.

Part 2. What is my application type?
I am filing I-485, I-140, I-131, I-765. What other forms that I should fill in, such as G-325A for Biographic Information Sheet and form for medical exam. et al. Your help is greatly appeciated!!!
