Hello, would you please let me know how long it took you to receive the copy of the favorable recommendation letter after its status said "SENT" on the inquiry website of Department of State? On their website, it says my letter was sent on September 1, but until today I still haven't received anything. Is this normal? I'm feeling very upset now because I'm afraid it's missing or something. If it's missing, can I contact them to send me another copy of it? Please advise.
