公司同意帮我办绿卡，PERM 是今年4月份批的.我总以为他们会帮我办EB2，因为我有Master degree. 最近才知道公司帮我办的是EB3，我问了公司HR和公司律师，他们说我的职位名称不允许我办EB2，我查了移民网站，EB2的要求是 “the EB-2 classification includes aliens who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees or their equivalent”
我的问题是：
1 像我这样的情况能否申请EB2?

Annual income: $49,000/yr
One and half years work in current company
2 如果自己请律师办EB2，是否要重新申请PERM?
