I am the primary GC applicant for my family. The I-485s have been filed for more than 1 year and are still pending. We did FP last year and the FP will be expired very soon. I think we need to take another FP. For some reason, I want to know if one of them (not primary applicant) does not take the FP as requested by the USCIS, will the others'(including the primary applicant) GC applications be affected or even rejected? If so, can the primary applicant withdraw the GC application of the one who does not want to take the FP? What results will it cause? Thank you in advance!!
