just got green card, holding chinese passport(public affair) come to U.S.A nine years ago, try to transfer the passport to
private chinese passport in 1998, never got response,now the old passport expired already, want to go back china,shall I try one more time to get private chinese passport? or I should just waiting for became american citizen??
