How to get an earlier Priority Date? LONGVALL2006-09-25 20:14:09

I have a NIW-based I-140 (approved) and cocurrently filed I-485 with a PD of 8/31/2005. Then my labor certification (EB-2) got approved last Novemeber with a PD of 2/24/2003.

Is it possible for my company just to file a LC-based I-140 for me and my NIW-based I-485 will get the PD of 2/24/2003? Or is it necessary to file a LC-based I-485 also (cocurently with I-140)?
