My NIW I-140 was approved. It was prepared by a lawyer. But he did a little work for me, he even didn't modify my recommendation letters, only asked me to look for an American people to modify them. And it will take a long time for the NIW to update.
Now I want to file my EB-1b 140. Do you think it is ok to file the EB-1b 140 by myself? or do I have to ask the same lawyer to file it for me? If I file it by myself, will it attect my NIW 140 result? My university dean can sign the I-140 for me.
