I want to change my job, also change my title in the same reaseach field. If I want to still keep my H1B, I need to file an amended H1B visa application. This will take several months, the new employer want me to work next week. Which is better to use H1B or EAD ( from approved NIW I-140), I have to reply them today, your advice will be very appreciated.
