I have a question about H1B transfer. My current comany is applying a H1B premium, and I pearsonally think it will be arppoved in two weeks.

Now I found a new company, they could transfer H1B.

As I know, the H1B transfer needs the paycheck stub to proved that I have worked in the current company for a period of time with h1b visa.

My question is:
1) If I want to transfer the H1B, do I have to be working in the
current company for a "long" time with the approved h1b visa? How
long?
2) Or, can the new company transfer my H1B immediately just after my h1b is approved using the short-time paycheck stub after h1b approval
(e.g. two weeks' paycheck after the h1b approval) ?

In general, I'm not sure about how long I need to work for the current company If I need to transfer my H1B to a new company.
