We prepared I485, I765 materials by ourselves. We only sent one copy of certificates and ID copy to I485 folder.
The content in the EAD notice letter is:

If you are the principal, evidence in the form of a receipt notice or approval notice for Form 1-140, or I-526, or 1-360, issued to you by this Service.
If you are a spouse or a dependent, of a person that has filed or has an approved Form 1-140, or 1-526 or 1-360. evidence of the filing or approval along with the principal's alien registration number and documentation as to your relationship. Such evidence for determining relationship can be, but not limited to a copy of a marriage certificates and/or birth certificates.
If any document is not in English it must be ted along with a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Translations ted without related foreign-language documents are not acceptable.

Missing Photo ID: Your application is missing documentation establishing your identity. The Service requires photocopies of identity documents that clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the applicant's biographical information. Standard black and white photocopies most often do not meet this requirement, so it may be prudent to COLOR photocopy (ies) slightly enlarged from the original or the original document listed below.
A current photo identity document such as a passport showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a driver's license, or other type of photo ID, issued by a government agency, showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a birth certificate with photo ID; or a National ID document with photo and/or fingerprint. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the biographical information.
Note: Consulate-issued Matricula Consular cards are not an acceptable document for Immigration purposes.
