Filed EB-1A in Texas Center in August 3rd, got RFE today.
Ph.D in EE was received last year, now working in industry, title is Process Engineer. I guess they qeustioned about my working is not related to my research field in school.
They need evidence that I plan to continue work in my professional field in the United States. Include copies of contracts, other evidence of prearranged commitments, or my own statement detailing my plans for continuation of work in this field.
Has anyone seen such RFE before, any advice or sharing your experience would be appreciated.
