Dear Xiaobaitu,

Please give advice on my situation!

I have obtained my EAD, but my I-140 for EB1(a) is denied. My H1-B was not renewed for the 7th year and it will be due after 1 week. Right now I am filing a new I-140 and I-485. It will be filed after a coulple of days. please answer the following questions:

1. If I appeal, can I keep my EAD to work?
2. If I appeal, will it delay or affect the processing of my new I-140 and I-485 petition?

MTR doesn't need a form,you need to write a letter,explain

MTR should be filed to the service center where denied
