I have a technical question. Usually people file NIW and EB1A for the green card petition. Also people always file a 485 concurrent filing with NIW or EB1A. My question is:

Assuming I filed NIW and EB1A at the same time, and 485 concurrent filing with I-140 based on EB1A. If EB1A gets denial and NIW gets approved, can I continue to use the 485 basing on approved NIW?
