Please advice!!!!
I apply new H1b visa in 2004,my I94 valid through 08/09/2007. but USCIS officer told me my I94 info is wrong in their computer,My name is not on the form,it is my school HR person's name who applied for H1 for me. it is strange that the info in the I94 form is right with my name on.
I want to change my last name after marrage,but I can't get a new SSN card because of this problem. what should I do? How long will it take to correct the info in USCIS computer? I have GC interview in 10 days,Should I cancel my GC interview ? It will be the same problem if the officer check their computer
