NIW outside processing time atongmu042006-10-03 16:32:41

I filed my 140 and 485 on 2/6/04. 140 was approved on 3/05.

Contacted TSC and received response letter on 7/29/06. According to the letter, it said my case is currently under review, I should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days from the date of this letter. However, 60 days past, I have not received anything even LUD yet.

Does anybody have similar experience? What can I do now? Thanks!
