正打算办移民，有些问题不太明白。
1。中国的大学学历用公证吗？学校发的中英文official degree certificate 是不是就
够了。 cic网站上说的是：
certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma or certificate
issued by the colledge or university and the evaluaton committee. 好像没说公证
notorization.
2. about reference letter from current employer.
现在我工作的公司hr有标准的employment certification letter. 但没有a business
card of the person signing. 怎么办？
