My PERM is approved couple of days ago and I am about to my I140 application. I just realized that I made a mistake when I was applying for PERM. I have one year's internship experience at a financial company and I am paid by a school fundation. So, I am actually an employer of the school fundation. But I put the financial company as my employer name in the PERM application forms.
When I am applying for I140 adn 485, how can I rectify this problem? Should I get a previous employment verification letter from school fundation or financial company? Can I use correct employer name for I140 application?
