dear friends,

1) My 6 years of h1b runs out and am on EAD now, not aware earlier that I should stay on H1b for safety as mentioned in other postings here. I’d like to know what could be the possible reasons for an EB2 485 to get rejected?

2) my wife is on her H1b but her company won't sponsor GC. Her H1b has about 1.5 year left and I know my I485 name check is stuck at FBI unfortunately. It is really hard to decide if she should stay on her H1b for my backup or use EAD. Any suggestion?
