Sorry I have to ask about this again...
Is there a posibility that I got checked if I go to Canada to change my status from F-1 (OPT) to H-1b with the approval of petition? (since my major is Chemical Engineering...among the checking list).
If I got checked, do I have to go back to China to wait for the result?
Thanks a lot! (Really worried here...don't want to take the risk since my OPT is not expired yet. But my company wants to send me to Europe for training...if the change of status had the posibility to be rejected, I would rather quit this job to look for another one since my OPT would not expire in October 2004).
I know I have asked the same question twice already. But I really don't want to get kicked out of this country, especially as my hu*****and is here (don't want to get separated).
