大学EB1B,今天得知补交OFFER LETTER, 请问小白兔,这封信仅由老板签名即可吗?还是必须加上系主任的签名?或必须由学校人事部门的头来签?
今天问了一下,好象只有老板愿意写这封信,系主任可能会签上名,但学校人事部门不会出具.如果一定要学校人事部出具,哪该怎么办啊?
学校负责办绿卡的人也不懂,只知道把材料寄出去,什么信都要我准备.请帮忙回答,不胜感激!
Now I have another question:
In this letter, my boss must show where the funding come from for my position? My salary is come from his research grant. Although it is a long-term and easy to renew funding, I still worry USCIS will think it is not a hard-funding because they do not know what this funding is. How to speak in this letter about where the funding come from for my position?
I really worry NSC will deny my I140 because of the offer letter that they think it is not what they want. Noboday in my University know how to write this letter for GC application, so please help.
