How fast is I-140 normal processing these days? see4cats2006-10-12 20:42:42

My EB3 priority date is 2003/7.
I am hesitating whether ask my company to use I140 premium processing.

From USICS.gov I found the processing date is March 20, 2006. But my friends told me it only take 3 months or so.
