Hi, Buddies,

I am ready to file my application for permanent residency based on marriage with USC. I am planning to I-130 and I-485 together. I have some questions related to each form, and I would greatly appreciate if you could help me out. First, I graduated with Ph.D. this May, and am currently looking for a job in OPT period with EAD.

Questions related to I-130 Form
1.Item-14:
Date arrived? It means that the arrival date for first time, or the latest time? Because that I visited hometown in China a couple of time. I think it should be the first time that I arrived in US, but my I-94 only shows the latest arrival date, so I do not want to confuse the immigration officer.
Date authorized stay expired, or will expire? The answer should be D/S by I-94, or the last day when OPT ends?
2. Item-15:
Present employment? For my case, though I am still F1 student in OPT period, I already graduated, so I guess that I have no employment currently? I count the research assistant while I was in Ph.D. program as previous employment.
3. Item-21:
What the last address means? Is it current address that my hu*****and and I live?

Questions related to I-485 form:
1. Part 3-A:
Current occupation? Because my immigration status is till F1, though I graduated and currently looking for a job in OPT, I think my current occupation is Student, am I right? I get confused between current Occupation and current Employment, which is also why that I am not sure about the answer of Item-15 (present employment) in I-130 form.
Nonimmigrant Visa Number:
Is it the latest one? As I mentioned above, I have a few visas because I went back and forth a couple times.
2. Required initial evidence ted with I-485
Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa?
By the deion, if you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa from an American embassy or consulate abroad within the LAST year, a photocopy if the page of you passport containing the visa? My latest visa was obtained about two years ago, so should I need to it? Or all the Visas obtained before?

Thank you all very much and have a great week.
