My family got green cards early Oct. it seems smoothly for the application.
I got phd in China and worked here with h1, my family under mine with h4.
begining, my current lawyer promised me that 95% successful for niw, but another lawyer hit me with no way for my chinese phd.
file niw with 140 combined with 485 on aug.04,
half year, fingerprint,
another half year, second fingerprint,
nov.05, 140 approved.
a little bit worried about my name, coz it is so popular that people said it is difficult to pass name check. tried everyway to get the name check info. but only got it is in process.
ok, waiting.
until we pass the line but got no further info.
sep. the third fingerprint.
a few days later, got welcome letter and then the green cards.
we experienced every happy and worried feeling as others, but turn out good.
experience is treat "Bu-Jian" (sorry, i forgot its english name)carefully and seriously, that's what we can do, as a matter of fact.
during this period, we got advices and info from this website, we appreciate the warm-hearted people.
