My H1b transafer application is returned for additional information.
The information they asked for is rediculous. Besides some tax information, wage report, lease agreement of my company, they asked for the social security number, job title, salary, education level, immigration status for each employee of my company!
My company is a mid size company. There's no way I can give them all those information. How can I fight back? Anyone be in the similar situation?
