Hello, Everything:

I just filed h1b transfer Last Friday under premium processing, and the FedEx was received Monday. I wish I have receipt through email or mail this week, and will tell my boss I am going to leave. But I am very concerned about what I can do if after I leave current employer, unfornately CIS asks me RFE for the transfer. Is it dangerous? should I wait for approval? I had wasted precious 11 days just because of stupid mistake my "laywer" made. I really cannot wait too long. By the way, my h1b is just effective on 10/1, and only one paycheck in October is included in petition.

In addition, can my curent boss revoke the h1b after i tell him I am going to leave, even though I got receipt from CIS?

Any comments are mostly appreciated.

Your ex-boss will be out of the way after you get the notice.
