急问: Can I use the previous priority date after H1 transferred? wa20052006-10-21 00:24:42

My 140 is pending. I would like to know after I have 140 approved and I transfer to a new company.

1. What is the condition that the new company can use my old company's LC priority date?

2. Is it true that as long as the old company does not withdraw the LC, then the new company can use the prioirty date??

3. My 140 was not filed as premium process, and I dont have receipt number yet, can I convert it to premium process?? or can we have multiple 140 filed?
