I have a couple of questions to ask regarding adjust of status. Can Xiaobaitu or other experts provide help? Thanks a lot!
1. Could you provide a Checklist of all necessary documents for filing I-485 and AP,EAD? Those forms like I-485 should be available on the USCIS website in PDF file and I can use them directly, right? Now I am in F1 status and my wife is F2. Upon filing I-485, what actions should I take to update my status?
2. Does medical exam has to be finished and its form has to be included together with the I-485 forms? How about tax return? Since in the I-485, my wife will be the major applicant, I am really confused how to put all the relevant documents together.
3. My birth certificate is good in Chinese version, but in English version, the officer in China mistakenly put the province of Jiangsu in stead of origianl Zhejiang province. How can I address this issue? The Chinese version is right in everything.
