Just back from Infopass. IO clarified to me that the Oct 3nd RFE request has been cancelled by TSC. Everything is fine and asked me "don't worry, just wait patiently for the final approval". NC seems not finished yet. So, just waiting, use my EAD.
I think most of the Oct 3nd RFEs may be just system error.
