NIW I-140 was approved. I-485 is pending for more than a year. Wonder if I can change job using AC-21.
The current job title is "research engineer", the job descriprtion stated that a PhD is required.
The new job title is "design engineer" and the job deion stated that a minimal of BS degree is required though MS or PhD is preferred.
The job duties are similar. However since the job titles and the degree requirements are different, I wonder if INS will consider these two as similar jobs? And how this will impact the 485 application?
