H1B回国签证被check,现滞留国内.
REASON for being checked: 有被捕记录,exonerated，没有上庭－－DA 没有file charge. 上次回国单位雇佣的办H1B的律师说已帮他cleared the record, so he could anwer "NO" for arrest record. 他上次填"NO"签证没有问题．这次却被告知，要打指纹到FBI check background; and because he said "NO" for arrest record last year, 他去年的入境签证（已过期）被注销了，盖上"cancelled without prejudice".签证处说要６－８个星期，再通知二次面试．
友现滞留国内一片茫然，急需帮助．请问有谁可以建议我需要帮他准备哪些材料，如何做能帮他？我准备取法院找他的exoneration的证明，不过不知case number.还有其它什么可以有助？
