do I need file 485 dreamland20002006-10-24 15:46:29

I got EB1 I-140 approved today (Priority Date is 10/1/2006). I also got NIW I-140 approved (Priority Date 9/29/2005), and I-485 is pending. Do I need to file another I-485 depending on the new EB1 I-140?
