I went back China in July-August 2006 and returned to the US using AP. Right now, I was promoted as scientist II, and the university request for a new H1B visa for me (I had a H1B visa when I was 1st hired by my univ). My question is, whether my daughter and wife need to change their H4 visa? My daughter also used AP in the summer, wife is using his EAD card, with a status of adjust.
