Hi,
I had my Traditional LC filed in Oct 2003. Now the case is in Backlog Center w/o receiving recurit notice.
My company's lawyer told me that they will assess my case for converting it to RIR at Backlog Center. My questions are:
1. My job duties have been changed since my LC filed. My lawyer is expecting some job duty changes as well as the salary changes. They will compare my new job duties to the orignal one in the ETA-750 A,B form. If the lawyer files my RIR conversion, but the BLC denies it due to the job changes, what the impact will be?
2. If the precess is denied, can I stay with my old Tradition LC? Will the BLC consider my old LC application invalid since the duty changes as well?
3. What is your opinion for the RIR Conversion? In another words, if your were me, would you proceed the conversion?
