My H-1 filed on 7/25/06, received the receipt number. Premiun processing filed on 9/25/06. Today the lawyer told me my case has been returned due to out of quota._:'( So strange and astonished. The law firm--FRAGOMEN--- , in NY city took 23 days filed my H-1 and after 3 months notify me the case returned only when I asked so many times!! How bad they are and How poor I am. I am in H-4. What suggestions, my friend!!
