我是02年7月在Nebraska为我丈夫递交亲属移民申请的。年初收到Nebraska来信称我的案子已被送加州移民中心。今年九月加州移民中心来信说, “Please allow 90 days from the date of this letter for the case to be processed”. 眼看日期将近，今日又收到加州移民中心电子邮件说, “You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done”. 我查了一下加州的排期已到04年12月22日，而U.S. Department of State 网页上< VISA BULLETIN> 公布的此类案件的排期是01年9月1日。以哪一个为准？我应该怎么办？谢谢赐教！
