F1 OPT ->H4 GSHAOGANG2006-11-01 23:30:42

I am currectly on F1-OPT , will expire on Aripl.1 next year.

I want to change status to H4.I am wondering whant documents I should file?

Can I file to USCIS directly or have to do this through my hu*****and's employer?
