we got RFE from NSC. It said the first 2 catergories of NIW are satisfied, but the third one is not. Then listed details requests such as citing, verification from former employer for the project contribution, letter from goverment such as NIH officer verification...
We prepared 7 new letters, including 4 independent. In the response draft, the lawyer concentrated on answering that we satisfied the third category, but to those detail questions asked in RFE, he did not directly address with a clear tone as I expected. Should not the reponse directly answer those questions one by one such as " the verification from former employer is attached as..."? Will the officer look for answer to the questions he asked in the reponse himself or he does not care if you really answer one by one?
