I am now doing an internship by using CPT. I am going to graduate as a PhD this May, so my CPT will be ended then. Now I got an offer and the company want me to start to work in late March, and will apply for H1B premium for me right now. My questions are:
1. Suppose I get my H1B approved at the end of this month (3 weeks to go), can I still work for the current company using my CPT after I get my H1B and till I leave at the end of March?
2. Since I will graduate this May, after I get my H1B in this month or at the beginning of next month, what status will I be after that? Still F1 since I haven't graduate yet? I am confused here.
