Last week we got an email from USCIS saying that "However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message." Can someone please explain what this means? is our name check cleared or elase?
Our background: EB3 12/2003, 485 filed in May 2004, had one fingerprint in 1/2005, already expired, still waiting for new fingerprint notice.
