Martinlu: one more question about I-864 oneday2006-11-08 04:17:13

I am going to sporsor my parent by myself. But I filed tax joint return with my hu*****and and he is the person whose name on top of tax forms. Does he need fill out I-864A? I'd sponsor my parents by own, though.
