I applied for LC via RIR EB2 in 2002. My file was transferred to Dallas Backlog Center and then I got 45 days letter. We responded and then 3 months later we found out that my case was closed. After much work, it got re-opened. Now the status is : data review. My company is not stable. I am really concerned with my status. I am on H1-b right now and I am on it for the 8th year now. Is my case hopeless? How could I speed it up? Is it necessary to consider Canadian immigration as a backup plan?
