Got Freak Out By Backlog Status - Help any one? lulumm2006-11-10 17:49:13

Just Checked the Backlog Web for Labor Certificate, my PD is 2003,oct, after typed in the case number,status says"Withdrawn",got freak out!!! anybody knows what happened, is there anyway to get it back in process? Swear to god that i never withdrawn this case.
