Out of status. Help please Boonnos2006-11-10 20:51:33

I am currently out of status. My wife, an assistant professor in a
major university, is applying GC through EB2 and is currently waiting for her I-485. I would like to know when she gets her I-485 and ready to adjust her status, can I apply with her? Is that a good idea? Will INS reject her since I am out of status?
