I filed I-485 four months ago. I got I-140 approved through NIM in medical research field. I currently get a medical technologist certificate and try to find a job in clinical set. Can I change job with different job title? Is medical research and clinical job under the same category according to USCIS policy? Any info is welcome. I called my attorney, she said it was ok. But some of lawyers don't think so. Please help!!
