I am holding a TN visa to work in USA. My TN visa will expire in Nov. 2007. The company I work for agree to sponsor me to apply for H1B, Perm, and green card. The earliest time to apply for H1B is Apr. 01, 2007. Can I start to apply for Perm Labor Certificate right now?
