My case is complicated!!! Sorry I can not input chinese right now.
In Mar.2002, my last lawyer told me my LC application was rejected and it
was put into unemployment immigration due to some mistake in adevertisement.
Since then, I changed my working location with current H1B within the same
company.
Yesterday, my current lawyer found out the status of old LC applicatin was "
approved" (for the former location, former H1B), however, he could not find
out the approval date or other more information. Both company and I have
never received anything about it.
My question is
1. where/how to find my old case information ?
2. If it was really approved, I wonder if I can file 485 myself with this
approved LC of old case ? or do I have to go back to old location to
continue with the LC of old case.
