我一个多月以前 DIY file了NIW I－140 ，现在觉得材料准备不是太好，想取消pending的申请重新file。请问，
1) 取消目前的pending申请对以后的同一category申请有影响吗？
2）重新file I－140 的话， part 4 第六项 “Has any immigrant visa petition evere been filed by or on behalf of this person" 是不是选 "Yes"? 但解释的时候我只有收据没有“date of decision and disposition of the desicion", 我需要附加withdrawal的理由吗？
