It's the end of Sep. of 2006 that I-140 approved and I-485 ted for schedule A worker. In Oct it is said the visa number is only available for PD of 01Oct05. Now The website of the dept. of the State said Visa number for schedule A is U(unavaiable) now. Can any people tell me what kind of effects it would have on our pending I-485? In other words, when can we expect those number would be available again? Or when will they start to work on our case again(already finished finger print)? Thanks a lot.
